Chris,
I've purchased three different lifts from them. The first was a 4 post Pro Park 7000. It worked well for storage (stacking) and was OK (not great) for servicing cars. Then I moved and due to garage height limitations, I bought a mid rise scissor lift. It was better than a creeper and jack stands.
My current house has 11' ceilings so I finally got a 2 post base plate lift from GSE. It's a BP8000 and is the best of all 3 for servicing vehicles.
I picked up each of these and installed them myself. The 2 & 4 post lifts required a buddy and my cherry picker, but were done in a day. Plan on buying a 5 gallon jug of hydraulic fluid as the lift does not include it. The 4 post plugged into the 110v wall outlet. The 2 post required a dedicated 220v, single phase, 30 amp circuit. I was able to get the romex and breaker at Lowes and wire it up on a Saturday morning, no biggie.
So, would I recommend them? Yes.
HTH,
Will
