I'm moving too, have to build a shop also. I'm taking the 4 post with me, see you have tried them both, i haven't done the 2 post but i sure like the 4, especially for blocking the chassis with a bridge and doing all the suspension adjustments.
Things you might consider with the lift, I acquired a hydraulic tranny lift in the deal which is nice for pushing and holding the rear pumpkin in place, drip trays, and rollers that go under the posts so I can move the lift around. Also some heavy steal bridges that slide along the runways on nylon sliders. Oh, and also an
oil drain bucket on wheels like they use in the pro garage setups. A guy can't have too many toys.
If you do the 4, get long ramps, the entry onto the runway can conflict with the chassis.
