Actually the number you referred to as a model number appears to be a patent number. Here's one reference to it: Carburetor - Roger, Hill Raymond

It describes a "Fuel injector for fluid pumps for internal combustion engines" published 05/11/1965, authored by Roger, Hill Raymond.

Interestingly, the device is referred to as a "carburetor" in the rest of the description.

Not sure where to go from here - don't have time to pursue, but perhaps you or someone reading this can take it another step...
