I told my stepson when he was just starting college that one thing unfortunately new to his generation was a lack of privacy; that is, he should ALWAYS assume that someone has their cell phone out recording everything everywhere and that whatever behavior he was engaged in could end up on YouTube or Facebook or some other social media site (or worse yet, a courtroom monitor) for all to see, so he should be careful what he did.

Ever look up at a street light pole or traffic light pole and see the camera gazing down at you? Police cruisers have video cameras behind their grill that automatically scan license plates to check for stolen cars or outstanding warrants, and we've all seen the police videos taken automatically from their cars. Heck, I saw a new 'Vette at a car show once that had three Heroes attached to different windows. When I asked the owner about it he said he has them on whenever he's driving to prevent police harassment -- got him out of a ticket once. Like I said, everything is being recorded.

This video is an example of that lack of privacy. If you're gonna engage in behavior like this think twice because it's probably being recorded. This is the new world we live in, at best everybody is gonna second guess your motives and at worst if something happens it will be available for all to see, including attorneys. Unfortunate but true, we just have to deal with it.

Another reason why street racing is a bad idea.

BTW
I wonder if the silver car's license plate number is visible on the video. If so he's liable for a general speeding and reckless driving ticket as long as that video is up on YouTube. There, see what I mean?
