427, I installed all of those in my last BDR (687) and I can say that it was not what I'd call easy. For the most part, yes, the new bushings do have to be pressed in. I used a combination of washers, threaded rod and grease to get that done and wound up using grade 8 stuff because I was putting so much force on them I destroyed grade 5 stuff. If you have access to a hydraulic press the job would be much easier. The only real trick that I can give you is on removing the rubber bushings. I tried prying, pressing, cutting and burning before I happened on the easiest route. And I found that rather than burning the bushings directly, if you use a propane torch or similar around the steel outside of the bushing until the rubber just inside starts to bubble, then the whole thing can be whacked right out.

The change in how the car feels is quite noticeable though and I consider the mod quite worth it. Hope that helps man.
