I'll take a week's holiday. Give me a fuel card and pay for the motels and I'm there!

CEVA have a good reputation for enclosed interstate transport.

I just used Prixcar Transport for open transport. They were cheeeeeap, but if only the car I transported was a bit more weatherproof I would have been happier. Oops...
I'm pretty sure they do enclosed also, so it might be worth checking.
