If I were doing it again I would put in a oil temperature controller in my oil cooler. I don't know if you plan on driving when it is cool in Scottsdale. There is a shop in your area that knows Cobras really well. They have some great work on my friend's SPF. Wish I knew who I'm talking about. Maybe others will chime in?
