Scarcity does not always equate to future value, but mass production certainly does not either.

I expect it partly depends on what is available in 30 or 40 years and there is no way to know that. If quality continues to improve as it has over our lifetimes the cars then should be fantastic.
Supra, 03/04 Cobra, GTR, Carrera GT, Ford GT, 2nd gen Viper (specifically the iconic 96/97 GTS blue with/white), boss 302 (newer ones), and I don't know enough about imports but I'm sure there will be more of them that make the list. The new SLS will bottom out in the next 5 years as well, so add that to the list.

For reference, I'm 29.
