Ned I remember the flat style wheel with the bakelite rased horn you spoke of. While that may have been the original wheel on 2058. When Steve owned 2058, it was not original black w/red int. but green w/black int. The one I remember on 2058 was black with silver AC letters. Butt as it was 40+ years ago, I could be wrong. I do remember 1 or 2 of the 3 Healey 3000's had the bakelite style as well. As to 3116, it did have the black/silver AC cap. I know it's in UK now as I just got a e-mail from the new owner today. He is in hopes of driving it for the 1st time in June. After all the paperwork is done. As to imbibing during our romps? It was the early 70's! WE NEVER!
