Hey Dan, I had a hell of a time removing the spinners on my ERA when it was time to change the tires. The wheels had been on the car for 16 years and lube dry. When I up them back on I used anti-sieze grease on all mating surfaces. This also helps in tightening, it eliminates mating surface friction and gives you more tightening pressure. Now they spin off after a couple sharp hits. I recommend the anti-sieze, but, use it sparingly, you don't want silver goo coating your nice shiny wheels. Good Luck, Art Fink
