All I'm asking for is published sales where money actually moved between two unrelated entities or people. Everything else is pure nonsense in my part of the universe. I'll keep scouring my auction magazine (Sports Car Market) each month and will let you know when one does sell for $200K+.

There's a brand new alloy CSX4000 sitting at Hillbank for $199,000. Make them an offer, buy it, and then flip it for a profit. You could make a profit of 10-20%, which when annualized is an outstanding ROI.
What I have is a detailed build sheet from HRE showing the cost to clone my car in detail. Not an estimate. That's what it would cost. It's more than just an appraisal. It tells me what it would cost me to do it all over again today. Being that finding aluminum Shelbys for sale are difficult, in fact dealers have advertised to buy them and there is a 2 year wait.....supply and demand

Keep waxing on about sales etc...I know what I was offered. I know what I turned down. don't need to prove to anyone. Ripley's Believe it or not.

Twoshelbys: You nailed it. World largest unbiased Cobra site.
