Just like you, I'll keep repeating myself. Hillbank has a brand new completed CSX4000 for $199,000. No wait. (They should pay me a marketing fee). Buy it and flip it for a quick profit. Do it quickly before the secret is out.
I'll keep "waxing on" about sales, because, for example, when you buy a home, your realtor should be showing you actual sales data about comparable homes in the neighborhood before making an offer. I hope folks aren't buying homes based upon Ethyl's words, paper and/or computer algorithms.
