Sometimes when members do not successfully receive e-mails it's due to the spam settings of their particular e-mail provider, which can sometimes delete or reject e-mails without even showing them to the account holder. I'm not sure what e-mail service the member in question uses, but you can recommend that they look for a "contacts" or "address book" section and add noreply@proboards.com to it, so the system knows to allow messages from us.

I tried adding the e-mail address to my contacts as they suggested, but it still doesn't work. Guess I'm gonna have to figure out how to live my life without the SPF forum
