Jethrow, for a good test fit you should have all of the bulb seal, etc. on the aluminum where it belongs, especially on the rear and side trunk aluminum, and chassis hoops and rails where required. Install the screws under the doors and the front and rear quick jacks/bumpers. You must do this before fitting doors, trunk, hood for bodywork.
Rough-install the dash (I see it under the plastic sheet) to see how much of the top of the dash is covered by the body, so you can determine where to locate your dash screws so you can remove the dash with the body on; I just fit my body today, and the body partially covers some of the screw heads.
Fit the windshield and locate/cut holes in the body for windshield wipers and defrost vents (if they are in your plan).
While the body is firmly attached, fit and attach the under-door aluminum pieces (makes carpeting easier, once the body comes off again).
You probably know all this, but just in case.....
