Looks like I will go the extra and pull the rad tomorrow and see what I can fab up...I have some aluminum flatbar in mind....I think I will pick up off the actual rad mounts bolts....I don't like the idea of drilling and tapping however careful into the rad....possibly having some tabs welded on would be another alternative.

BTW Dave your car photos are very nice...like the colour scheme
