the kellison i have had the stamped steel mustang II also, if you have the strut arms now, with single mount lower control arm, you will not be able to ditch the strut arms.
well not without re-fabricating the front frame for the dual mount lower arm.

get the heidt's arms like i did, with the single mount, the sway bar will bolt right up to it. and so will the strut arms,
they have them for the qa1 coil overs so you will be able to re-use your shocks.
actually the strut arm set up is stronger than the setup without strut arms.
