Sellers comments to my inquiry:
"We know their is controversy around this car stemming from the fact that it was badly damaged. And if it had better provenance the value would be greater that where we have it priced. My principal has reports from a number of authorities about the right to identify this car as 3016, and serious prospects are invited to review the car and supporting documents in order to form their own opinion.
