Doc, PLR Engineering at Brendale know my 351w pretty well. If you want something built I'm sure the guys there can build you something.
You may want something a little different to mine
but I'm sure they can provide you with the fruit you need. They build race engines though so compliant engines for the sniffer is probably not their primary focus or speciality.
