You need a 157T flywheel (aluminum or steel), and the clutch will depend on the bellhousing you're using and how the slave cylinder is mounted.
If you have a factory style bell or a Quicktime bell currently, with the clutch fork pivoting on the passenger side, then a typical 10.5" diaphragm pressure plate with a late model Mustang throw out bearing is what you need.
With some insight into how your current setup is installed, I can provide part numbers that will work perfectly.

Here's the information from my build sheet:
26 spline clutch disc
SFI Steel Flywheel
T56 trans
Clutch fork comes out the drivers side (about 90 degree angle)
Standard cast bell housing from Roush
The motor, trans and clutch stuff all came from Roush
