I'll put it out to the universe... This is a place I'm keen on and it's going to auction. It has a 15x12 and 6x9 shed joined together. 3 phase and plumbing and phone installed. Maybe I could rent the house out and live in the shed.
I rang a shed place and they quoted $48k for two sheds this size. With the 3 phase and plumbing its therefore $60k value. Wow that's more than I imagined!
