The body looks fairly accurate and the only glaring oddities are the dual non braced roll bars, the big wheels and the large appearing over riders, which could be exaggerated by the wide angle lens. Those would be simple to rectify if desired. It's an IRS car (jag?) and the standout features that may help ID it, assuming it's not a scratch build, are the frame members visible in the radiator opening and the really big door hinges. If there's a manufacturer out there who uses those it should be an easy ID.
My guess is possibly a one off chassis with a ready-made body. Could easily be wrong though.

I agree some of the comments have been unnecessarily critical but that wasn't the intent of pointing out what appear to be exaggerated over riders. There is some chance those were a typical trim item used by a particular manufacturer in the past and could be of help to identify it. I agree the body looks well proportioned and while the stripe isn't typical for Cobra's the silver/black trim looks pretty nice. I'm curious to hear what it turns out to be.
