You might want to connect that E brake on only one side. The lokar handle doesn't really give enough leverage to engage both rear park brakes sufficiently. I've tried several different things, but it still won't hold on a slope. Lone star is now recommending that you connect only one side.
I have also installed a brake line valve on the rear brakes which just holds brake pressure to the rear when you engage it. You can find them at speedway motors if you're interested.
You may also want to check out a sway bar at this stage. check out speedway engineering products online. I can give you the exact part numbers I used if you like.
