I made my own for my son's '67 GTO with 2 inline 4's (Holley).

I started by drilling a hole in the center of a couple of 'stock' caps.

I tapped the holes for a 90 degree brass fitting (1/8" (?) NPT).

The fittings were NPT on one end and compression on the other end.

Then I used a short length of copper tubing with compression fittings to connect the two together.

If you're worried about looks you can polish the brass and copper parts and it looks kind of 'retro' or "Rocket Man-ish".
