Yes, it's in the pedal box and positioned so the brake pedal activates it. Sorry, my wiring diagram doesn't have a part number. You might be successful in removing the switch and looking for a number and/or taking it to your local parts store to find a replacement. It's a very simple device. Also, if you haven't considered this, it may just be loose or poorly adjusted. If it's too close to the pedal it will always be on. Like the switch, the adjustment is simple - loosen the nut and slide the switch closer/farther from the pedal to get it to activate where you want.
