Actually, Freddie brings up a very good point here that I'd like to open up for discussion. It seems to me that most of the other Cobra-related events have catchy names like
Cobrafest (recently renamed to
Homecoming),
Double Venom Spring Fling,
Flash Dash & Thrash,
Run & Gun, etc.
It's just that "The DSCC Weekend" seems to lack a little something. Maybe we could come up with something better? Something catchy? I have no problem using a rain theme, since (a) we all seem to have good senses of humor and (b) it has rained for both events thus far.
Here are some suggestions:
The 2003 DSCC Car Wash (Freddie's idea)
The 2003 DSCC Rain Dance
The 2003 DSCC Slip 'n' Slide (My favorite)
The 2003 DSCC Roadster Rally
Okay guys, the door's open here. Let's hear those ideas!
