Keith-

disconnect the line from the fuel pump and check to see how much fuel it's actually pumping.I had an electric fuel pump
act up on me now and then-I think the pump motor windings were
going bad-it wouldn't do it all the time.If it's a mechanical pump,
and they're designed the way I think they are-could be a cracked
diapraghm(??)Either way-It sounds like the pump isn't putting out sufficient amount of fuel.
