I would also like to echo the many sentiments expressed by all of you regarding this past weekend's gathering:
Bill and Susan Parham- Absolutely the most heart felt thanks to both of you for the monumental effort of hosting our gang!!! I can only try to imagine how much time and effort that you'all expended on our behalf. Given the weather circumstances, and the worry that it must have been for the both of you, the event came off without a single hitch...all things considered. You are so generous and such special folks!! PS: SUSAN, keep your eye out for the UPS man. Sometimes surprises are more fun than the "expected".
Jerry and Trudy- What can I say. You'all have been single handedly (next to Keith), the most supportive of all our members in making these events happen. I'm not always sure that everyone realizes how much you do behind the scenes, as well as, going out on a limb financially to insure such a GOOD value for all us members. I sure do! Thank you, SO much!!
Keith and Elizabeth- Ah, to be young and energetic...and then to apply these qualities for the well being of so many, unconditionally. I can't wait for the day Keith, that you turn the key to your very own Cobra, and hear that roar and feel that exhileration!! Or should I say, ACCELERATION! You can be absolutely assurred, that the love which goes into your car by Unique and Southern Automotive will make your experience as fine as any Cobra owner ever had. Your very welcome in getting to drive my FIA. I only wish that you could have had much more time behind the wheel, in more favorable weather. Thank you.
To the Club Members at Large: Much thanks and glad feelings to you all for supporting the event, when the weather circunstances could easily have given you an out. To have seen almost 50 cars of such style and beauty, together with the shared enthusiasm for our hobby made it all worthwhile.
Super Performance, Unique, Hunter, Dennis- Without your expertise and technical sharing, none of us racer wannabes, would have the opportunity to experience this rare slice of life. Thank you!
