I've been looking into the same thing Jim. So far I haven't been able to find the manufacturer either. I emailed Tony Randazzo, who sells a lot of tools for Ferrari but he didn't know either. I was thinking of posting a question on one of the Ferrari forums and see what they said.
Here is one of Tony's screwdrivers for Ferrari. Similar, especially the indented ring around the feral.
