This happens with EVERY type of dressing I've tried, and I've tried all the good boutique stuff, too. My solution: No More Tire Dressing. If you can start with fresh tires and never apply dressing you will never get that leeching white or brown stuff. Just keep them clean with an occasional scrub with simple green or other degreaser. They will stay black and not shiny. Best of all, no ugly leeching out.

If you already have several applications of layered dressings from over the years you will have to repeatedly scrub and degrease them over several lashings over time. It is not easy, so the best solution is to never apply that stuff in the first place.
