Now that I think about it, when I use the tire cleaner on my other vehicles, (Bleach white, I think) the white foam spray changes to a brownish color as soon as it hits the rubber, so maybe the same reaction takes place with the dressing but takes longer? I haven't tried a tire cleaner on the Cobra tires as I don't like getting them wet (see rust starting between wheel and hub when wheel is removed) but I'll try it to see if it removes whatever is on the tire. If that doesn't work, I'll try the previously suggested cleaners.
