The motor mounts that attach to the block are two different size. The difference is approximately quarter inch from the left to the right. You have to look really close to see the difference. I don't remember the specific details, however I got the manufactures name and part numbers from Barry. They were not a normally stocked item at my local parts shop, they had them at a local warehouse. You don't need to do any fabraication or cut the frame mounts. Ask them (Barry or Bryan) for new parts or part number.
Also, the mounts will fit a 289, 302 and 351. I've done all three.
