I have also used Nick on a couple of occasions and he has always been very fair. He built a custom
oil pan for my 428, did a superb job, and didn't charge me until it was ready to ship. I also bought a Watts linkage setup that was great quality and was always treated well. We have only communicated by phone or e-mail. I have never met him personally. I do get Christmas cards from him every year though!!
