His typical MO with me was to go silent for a time afterward a complaint. After several calls and emails, his excuse was that he either never got the messages or that it was sent to wrong e address. Like I said, in my last communication to him was that I finally gave up. He wasn't worth the time or hassle. I did expect him though to refund the balance of my money for the parts he never supplied.
