None of the 1990/2K built CSX3K "Continuation series" cars were built with a fiberglass body. Those started the CSX4000 series cars, which were a mix of fiberglass and aluminum bodies.

This car is not an original or continuation series Shelby, so what you have on your hands is a fiberglass kit car with a reproduction Shelby tag installed on it, with a 100% made up serial number. Most likely done before the CSX3K "Continuation series" cars were ever produced. Tread lightly if the car is titled with that number, as you may be opening a can of worms that will be very costly to attempt to close legally.
