Could be that I found the „issue“

Having mounted the PRS7 switch on the bench vise, switching between P-N-H gets much faster compared to the switch being mounted on the dash.
I tried to switch very slow between the positions (making sure it disconnects the old switch position prior to connect to the new one) and I did not see the issue any more.
I assume I was switching to fast between the positions and the motor had no chance to release the magnetic field on time before the other setup got activated.

If I’ll encounter this issue again after having everything mounted on the car I’ll add some relais on the circuit. They should make sure the previous circuit is open before closing the next one.
