Today, however, my sons are pretty awesome endurance monsters and can run circles around me. What do you expect--they are 18. One of them took his shirt off last year in the Snow Shoe Marathon and ran down the mountain side waving to everyone (my wife and I were climbing up the mountain at the time). It was 6 degrees outside. They are some of the toughest guys I have ever seen.

A big yup!
My son is in his last year at UCLA and in 3 intramural basketball teams, practices and works out with the varsity team too. Point guard...not huge but solid like a rock. He came home for Holidays and I finally looked at him and said to myself "Damn! This kid may just be finally be able to kick my ass!"
It is a turning point for many I am sure...
