I just went back to old pictures where I actually measured these. The brake and clutch are floor (but in separate slots, not like the ERA). The throttle is top to the engine compartment. I didn't want to get into refabricating the throttle linkage. It was more work than it was worth to me. I just learned "Brakes slow, throttle go" and avoided bad RPM matched downshifts.
