The guys are correct, this is definitely a Canepa car. I recognize the photo (it’s one of mine ) and below is another photo of CSX2433 taken at the same time (The Shelby Memorial at the San Jose Mercury News). The sun was fairly low in the sky, so the car almost looks black.

Also below are photos of CSX3360 that I took at the Palo Alto Concours a few years ago. It looks to be the same or very similar, non metallic dark blue … this Cobra was originally red. Bruce Canepa has painted a few cars this color and it’s stunning. The photos of CSX3360 were taken around noon so the deep blue really shows depending on the angle of the sun. The black license plate gives you a reference as to how dark the blue is. You could contact Canepa and see if they can supply you the paint code.

Ferrari has a Nuovo Blu Pozzi & Blu Pozzi that is a very dark non metallic blue, looks almost black depending on the light.
