Every 3000 miles or so. The tie rods and ball joints don't even require jacking the car up. And if you have the Moog units, they have little relief valves so you can't even overfill them. You know with your six u-joints you need to pump the grease in until you see all four of the seals clearly purge out. You can actually hear it squish out and it is impossible to over-grease them.
