My thoughts are that if you're not doing production work professionally, the $400-$600 a a high end torque wrench costs is money wasted. The bolts/nuts don't know the difference, so long as it's right.
That said, I do have a smaller inch/pound Snap On torque wrench that I've had for years. Good for the smaller stuff.
