A couple of other points to keep in mind..
Make sure your cats are placed not too far away from the heads to ensure they light off properly.
Also the MAF sensor needs to be around 400mm from memory away from the throttle body so the computer has a little time to adjust air/fuel ratios properly.
One last trick is to have a new carbon canister and don't hook it up until test day so that it's not soaked with fuel vapours..
