As you have a TKO 600, use 4th gear preferably on an uphill grade with a constant speed and fairly wide throttle opening to maintain that speed... now stab the clutch pedal to about 1/2 travel and release again, RPM should jump up slightly then return immediately to the previous level. Don't depress the clutch pedal all the way to the floor because some clutch types can be held in the release position by centrifugal force of high engine RPM.
