Firefly has produced OVER 500 sets of pipes to VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

And yet it only takes one screwing over to ruin a reputation.

two pipes for the price of one plus paid shipping does not sound like lack of warranty!!!

How does getting two sets of faulty pipes equal a warranty?

Seems like pictures would be helpful here.
