The wheels are a soft look-bead profile rim. The front wheel centre is cut from a 50mm billet, the rear is a 65mm billet due to a slightly bigger rear boss for caliper clearance. Wheel nuts are hidden behind the cap you can see retained by the small M5 cap screws, and the centre/cap is painted.
