Thanks for the reply. I have attached a couple photos that shows the shaft key sticking out below the turn signal plastic hub about 1/4 inch. Does it look right?? The set screw has the allen wrench sticking out of it to show where it is at. The steering shaft is tight and does not appear to have moved.
Tightening the allen screw makes it super hard to rotate the turn signal arm.
Both collars seem to be locked together. When I loosen the allen screw the turn signal then rotates freely and works but it is loose. Not sure but don't think anything is broken, just perhaps not aligned correctly.
What did you use to pull your steering wheel off the center shaft?
