If it's an ARP balancer bolt, I usually torque them at around 130.

Head studs usually get 90 lb-ft on an aluminum block. I don't really torque intake bolts. I have a calibrated hand and 9/16" wrench. You'd be able to tell if they were loose if you put a wrench on it.
