Default A little Cobra history lesson...

Today was the day I met up with a few friends and head to Jim Taylor's Auto Collection in Gloversville, NY. I knew he had two original Cobras (289 & 427) but was surprised to find he added an AC Ace Bristol to his collection. His Ace is a barn find from the great state of Delaware and shows ALL of the patina it acquired of the last 57 so years. Mechanically it is 100% but Jim loves original unrestored automobiles and will keep it this way.

Here he has the three lined up in a perfect row. 427 Street, 289 Street and Ace Bristol

Rear view (notice the Jaguar D-type (Blue), C-type replica (his real C-type in flying back from Italy after he ran it in the Mille Miglia) Chrysler Hemi power Allard (white/red)

Low level shot and barn find 100% original 1965 Shelby 350 in the background.

That's spelled P-A-T-I-N-A!

Knucklehead nobody, "Jim, do you mind if I sit in the Bristol?" Rich Millionaire, "Not at all, help yourself." Knucklehead nobody, "Boy is this going to be great!"

More to follow...

Pat
