Seems like every SAI continuation car has a distinct or unique provenance. Shelby gets glass bodies and chassis from Superformance, aluminum bodies from Kirkham, some earlier glass bodies were produced by other parties (I believe) and a couple .. in house in Las Vegas. You would think that a "SAI built car" would be clearly differentiated from a "Superformance built to Shelby spec", as for somebody who is laying out premium pricing for a "Shelby continuation" car .. it would seem that one that was actually wrenched by an SAI employee would have more intrinsic value than a South African built car. But my replica is a genuine ERA turnkey .. and I know who wrenched it. Be good gents.
