That is only sort of true.

All CSX4xxxLA cars were built by HST.

Not all HST cars were CSX4xxxLA. In fact, only a small portion.

All carbon fiber cars were HST.

HST was a supplier of both carbon fiber and fiberglass cars.

Some dealers chose to avoid the HST-built cars, while others preferred them and I believe until HST folded would specify HST rollers.
