A fellow driver pointed out to me today that my brake lights weren't working.
I got home and noted that they only work with heavy pressure on the brake pedal…much more than I need to stop, so they haven't been working for most of my daily driving
I assume it's the pressure switch doing this? Is the switch plumbed into only the front or rear system such that the brake bias may be off, thus not activating the switch or does the switch trigger from total system pressure? Is the pressure the switch triggers at adjustable?
Even though I built and installed my engine, I'm remarkably naive about the braking system lol. Any help would be appreciated.
